The first Syrovanya restaurant has won a heart of many and set a trend in quick & casual dining segment. Finally the successful concept is expanding in the UAE with first restaurant to open soon in Nakheel mall at The Palm Jumeirah.
Restaurant specialises in gourmet, high quality in-house cheese production that meets European standards and presents top-notch and authentic equipment and technologies alongside highly skilled professionals.
Cheese production uses only live fermentation starter which gives its products a special texture, highest product quality, incredible taste and delivers unforgettable culinary experience to the customers. The variety of cheeses includes the likes of ricotta, haloumi, mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella and many more.
Restaurant provides great choice of dishes, bakes fresh crispy focaccia and pizza in wood-fired oven, grill juicy meat cuts and mouth -watering home style pies presented in special ways.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead and motivate the service team with a customer-first mindset
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service
Collaborate with the management team to implement service improvements
Who We’re Looking For
UAE National (Emirati passport holder)
Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing role (restaurant, café, or hotel preferred)
Strong communication skills and confident leadership presence
A passion for service, detail, and creating memorable guest experiences
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to grow with the brand
Fluent in English and Arabic
