What you’ll be doing
Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Lead AI projects to optimise processes across sales, customer service and business development functions
AI-Powered Automation: Create and implement machine learning models and AI-driven tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency
Enhance Customer Experience: Design and deploy AI solutions that enhance customer service through chatbots, recommendation engines and predictive analytics
Data Analysis and Insights: Use AI models to analyse data from multiple sources, generating actionable insights to drive business strategies
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with departments to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation
Monitor and Optimise AI Models: Continuously evaluate AI solutions for performance, refining models to ensure they meet business objectives
Stay Updated on AI Trends: Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies, tools and industry trends to drive innovation
AI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the company’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Candidate Specification - Are you the person we are looking for?
Fluent English - verbal and written
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field (advanced certifications are beneficial)
Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in sales automation, customer service or business analytics
Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, NLP, predictive modelling and data science
Experience with AI tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, model training and evaluation
In-depth knowledge of chatbots, recommendation systems and predictive analytics
Ability to solve business challenges using AI-driven solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
