Reservation Agent (Dubai) (FEMALE)
We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team in Dubai! If you have a strong understanding of various online booking platforms and a passion for providing excellent service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process reservations accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about properties, availability, and pricing.
Resolve any booking-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations and guest communications.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role.
Well-knowledgeable and experienced in using Airbnb, Booking.com, and other online booking platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Probation Period: 3 months
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
