ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns for our portfolio of brands. You will build and manage a team of marketing professionals with expertise in email marketing, social media and digital advertising. We are looking for you to build a team of people around you in marketing to deliver high end impacting stories and leads to further the departments. We are soon releasing our new product - Galley Cloud. A worldwide food aggregator for private aviation to which your main focus will surround.
Reporting to the Group CEO, you’ll work as part of collaborative team alongside the SEO, Web Development, Operational & Customer Support Teams, Web Content and Project Management teams to, lead generation, and brand performance across digital channels.
While your primary focus will be on email marketing and social media, you’ll also build the broader campaign for planning, digital innovation, and continuous performance improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, proactively investigating and diagnosing where targets have not been met
Working with the Group CEO, contribute to the strategy and oversee the execution of:
Email Marketing (Primary Focus)
Build, manage and execute high-performing email campaigns across lifecycle stages—from promotions and product launches to newsletters and nurture journeys.
Design themes, videos, reels and campaigns for the brands to help drive deeper into the market segments
Ensure emails meet high-quality standards through a robust QA process and brand-aligned copy and design.
Drive continuous improvement through testing (A/B, subject lines, CTAs) and performance analysis (open/click/conversion rates).
Social Media (Primary Focus)
Lead the development and execution of a strategic, brand-aligned social media calendar across key platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
Ensure all messaging reflects campaign objectives, brand voice, and audience needs.
Monitor platform and content trends, and proactively introduce innovative formats and engagement strategies to enhance visibility and performance.
Oversee campaign messaging and creative assets to maintain consistency, elevate brand presence, and drive meaningful audience engagement.
Building your Team (Primary Focus)
Recruit and onboard a new team for marketing professionals
Manage a remote team across all marketing specialists
Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
Analyse marketing performance across email, social, and advertising.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
Innovation:
Drive continuous innovation across all advertising strategies and initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest changes and developments on each advertising platform, including algorithm updates, emerging trends, and new features.
Provide proactive recommendations on campaign structures, advert types, and creative formats to enhance campaign performance and achieve better ROI.
Experiment with new technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimise targeting, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
Regularly analyse competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate innovative approaches into broader marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive and forward-thinking approach.
Team Collaboration and Support:
Coordinate team activities and timelines to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
Coach, support, and motivate team members to meet their KPIs and develop their skills in key areas.
Foster a collaborative environment that values creativity, accountability, and performance.
ESSENTIAL – you must possess these skills:
We’re looking for an analytically minded digital marketing generalist who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience. You must possess:
5+ years' digital marketing experience including:
Email marketing (strategy, execution, and optimisation)
Social media management (especially LinkedIn)
Copywriting for digital campaigns
4+ years in a leadership role, with proven team management and coaching skills
A highly analytical mindset with a track record of identifying, diagnosing, and resolving performance issues
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis
(Bonus: experience building custom dashboards or reports in GA4)
DESIRABLE – bonus if you have experience with:
Website conversion rate optimisation and running A/B tests
Developing SEO-driven content marketing strategies
Using Ahrefs, Active Campaign, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and/or Zoho Analytics
Leading brand strategy and/or a creative team
Project management
And have Google Ads certification
