Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
Process payments accurately and follow proper cash/card handling procedures.
Comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations.
Assist with opening/closing duties and general restaurant upkeep.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Presentable, professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tables.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
